    Un Bed&Breakfast originale ed eclettico, situato nel cuore del centro storico di Genova. La zona è a traffico limitato e per questo molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicino a tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città. Nei dintorni potrete trovare supermercato, banca, farmacia, ristoranti e vari mezzi pubblici. La stazione ferroviaria di Piazza Principe ed il terminal traghetti per Cinque terre e Portofino distano solo 10" minuti di cammino.

  • Termini di prenotazione e cancellazione

    Gentili Ospiti,

    vi preghiamo di leggere con attenzione i termini di prenotazione e politica di cancellazione di Casa Ramé sotto riportate.

     

    Prenotazione

    Ogni prenotazione, dopo la sua conferma, ha valore di contratto secondo la vigente normativa italiana. vincolante sia per chi effettua la prenotazione sia per l’albergatore. È possibile inviare una richiesta di disponibilità e attendere una nostra risposta. In alternativa, si può prenotare online seguendo le istruzioni disponibili sul nostro sito internet www.foresidenzacattaneo.com

    A seguito della richiesta vi verrà inviata un’offerta (non vincolante) con le modalità di prenotazione. La prenotazione è confermata solo dopo nostra comunicazione scritta riportante il prezzo totale del soggiorno e dopo il versamento della caparra da effettuare entro 2 giorni da nostra conferma. Se il pagamento non viene effettuato nei tempi richiesti, la prenotazione è da intendersi come nulla. La prenotazione diviene vincolante per il Bed&Breakfast Casa Ramé solo al momento della ricezione di una copia della ricevuta di pagamento della caparra confirmatoria o dei dati della carta di credito sulla quale effettuare il prelievo autorizzato.

    A tal punto Casa Ramé si impegnerà ad inviare al cliente una e-mail di conferma o un voucher riepilogativo da esibire al momento del check-in.

    La conferma della prenotazione implica l’accettazione dei nostri termini di cancellazione e deposito. All’arrivo è obbligatorio presentare un documento di riconoscimento per ogni persona inclusi minori.

     

    Modifica prenotazione

    Per apportare modifiche alla prenotazione è necessario contattare il personale della reception, che farà tutto il possibile per soddisfare la richiesta. Tuttavia, non ci è possibile garantire l’adempimento di tale richiesta. In caso di spostamento della prenotazione verso un periodo per cui il prezzo è più elevato rispetto all’importo pagato, il cliente è tenuto a corrispondere la differenza.

     

    Pagamento

    il versamento di una caparra confirmatoria entro e non oltre 3 giorni dalla data di conferma della prenotazione. L’ammontare della caparra confirmatoria è pari al 30% dell’importo del soggiorno fino a 3 notti, mentre per soggiorni più lunghi il 50% dell’importo totale. Come previsto dal codice civile all’art. 1385, non verrà restituita in caso di disdetta o non presentazione, salvo eccezioni accordate con il cliente.

     

    Metodi di pagamento accettati:

    Pagamento anticipato, “Non Rimborsabile”

    Se viene prenotata questa tariffa speciale, l’intero importo viene addebitato sulla carta di al momento della prenotazione.

    L’intero importo non è rimborsabile in alcun caso.

     

    Tassa di Soggiorno

    La misura dell’imposta per questa struttura ricettiva è di Euro 1.50 a persona per notte da pagare alla partenza in contanti.

     

    Politica di Cancellazione

    Ogni cancellazione di prenotazione deve essere comunicate per iscritto. In caso di cancellazione o modifiche effettuate fino a 10 giorni prima della data prevista di arrivo non viene addebitato alcun costo. Per le cancellazioni o modifiche oltre il suddetto termine sarà addebitato il 100% dell’importo totale del soggiorno prenotato. Questa politica di cancellazione non è valida per la tariffa scontata Non rimborsabile.

     

    Casa Ramé si riserva il diritto di accreditare il totale dell’importo dovuto in caso di cancellazioni dopo questo periodo. Nessun rimborso spetta all’ospite che decida di interrompere il soggiorno già intrapreso e quindi è tenuto a pagare tutto il soggiorno prenotato.

     

    No Show: (mancata-presentazione)

    In caso di mancata presentazione, verrà trattenuto il deposito, o si caricherà alla carta di credito data a garanzia il costo del soggiorno.

    Politica di Prenotazione e Cancellazione gruppi

    Prenotazione

    Effettuando una prenotazione, colui che porta a termine il processo è identificato come referente del gruppo e conferma di essere autorizzato dagli altri partecipanti ad aderire alle Condizioni di Prenotazione e alla Politica di Cancellazione di Casa Ramé, Il referente del gruppo è responsabile del totale di fatturazione per tutte le prenotazioni da lui confermate. Richieste dopo la data di scadenza dovranno essere comunicate direttamente ed esclusivamente dal capogruppo. Le prenotazioni non prevedono modifiche.

     

    Acconto:

    A conferma della prenotazione verrà richiesto un deposito pari al 30% o al 50% del totale dei servizi prenotati. L’acconto confirmatorio non è mai rimborsabile.

     

    Cancellazioni

    Le eventuali cancellazioni devono pervenire per iscritto via mail. da 15 giorni prima della data d’arrivo sarà trattenuta la caparra al 100% dell’intero soggiorno prenotato. In caso di “no show” o di partenza anticipata sarà addebitata una penale pari al 100% dell’intero soggiorno. Le partenze anticipate verranno addebitate per l’intero soggiorno prenotato.
